$40,000 allowance.
Includes all kitchen/bath cabinets & countertops as well as any custom built-ins selected from Barberry's on-site woodworking shop.

200 amp service
25 recessed lights
6 telephone jack locations, 4 cable TV locations.
Security System. Complete door and window coverage on first floor, two motion sensors, and two keypad locations.
$5,000 allowance for lighting fixtures

Flooring: All finished areas feature hardwood flooring with the following exceptions:

All bedrooms will be carpeted with $30/sq.yd. standard allowance
The front foyer will receive a stone tile with a $20/sq.ft. standard allowance.
The laundry room and bathrooms will receive tile/marble with a $10/sq.ft. standard allowance

HVAC:

Plumbing: $8000 allowance toward the purchase and installation of plumbing fixtures.

Central Vacuum: Included as a standard feature.

Alarm System: Complete door and window coverage on the first floor with two motion
sensors and two keypad locations.
